- Legal and regulatory frameworks in the fight against cybercrime:
- Budapest Convention
- Malabo Convention
- Digital evidence
- Judicial investigation in cyber matters
- Digital hygiene
Expected results:
At the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
- Master legislation and jurisprudence on cybercrime;
- Master the rules of procedure in cybercrime investigations (admissibility of digital evidence);
- Master the technical procedures and best practices for collecting digital evidence (identification of
- digital evidence, preservation, collection, transport, documentation up to the expert report);
- Prevent cybercrime in a professional context;
- Become aware of the need for rigorous observance of rules and procedures in forensic analysis.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
This course is aimed at judicial police officers working in one of the following administrations: Marine Nationale, Affaires maritimes, Douanes, Police, Gendarmerie, Ports, Fishing Administration within the judicial investigation units of their respective administrations.
